JBL speakers

I have a pair of 2225H, 8ohm speakers I need some info on. Like wattage rating and what range they are good for. Could I use one along side my Evans SE-200?

I believe they're really bass speakers, but they should do okay, especially for C6th! I think they were also used for low-range in some theater systems. They're pretty husky, and should handle 150-200 watts each.

Here's some info:

Also, apparently the 2226H is the current model speaker with the same specs.

They are made more for PA applications and not for musical instrument speakers. The response is very flat, unlike a musical instrument speaker and the high frequency rolloff is usually around 2KHz, unlike musical instrument speakers that usually go up to 6-7KHz. Unless you use a high frequency driver with them, I don't think you will be pleased with the sound.
