Little Lanilei Reverb....Tried One?

The Little Lanilei reverb is a floor, "stomp" box, true spring reverb with three 8" accutronic reverb springs. It is supposed to sound like the old vintage Fender spring reverbs. Has anybody ever heard one of these puppies? Tried it on steel?

Yep, I've got one sitting right here.
They're terrific and quiet.

I checked with the Songworks, the manufacturer and they quoted a delivered price of $175.00, not including a $12.00 power source. This eBay guy wants $179.00 for buy it now and $169.00 as an opening bid, not including shipping, but it does include the power supply. I am going to pass on buying a Little Lanilei, so guys, better grab this up. It isn't going to last long at a higher price than you can get a new one for!

Yeah, that is a little steep. I got mine
last year on ebay (in mint condition) with
the power supply for about $50 less.

I suppose they're better than no reverb.

I remain unimpressed with anything that uses the short reverb tanks. I prefer the lush, full reverb sound that only comes from a long tank. When I buy an amp with a short tank, that's the <u>first</u> change I make!
