Hi
Can anyone tell me how to check to see if the reverb is working? I have a Nashville 400 & when I turn up the reverb control there is no change in the sound. If I tap on the reverb tank I get the reverb sound. I have cleaned & tightned the connector & even went as far as hard wiring it. None of them worked. Could the reverb tank be bad?
Thanks

If you gig a lot with your amp, all those years of the reverb springs bouncing around in your car will break one of the fine wires inside the tank. Open it up and check them closely, If one is loose, it can usualy be restripped and soldered at least once. If not, you can get a replacement reverb tank from Peavey or other suppliers such as Electro Harmonex. Good luck with it, Larry J.
