Question for Mike Brown
Mike,
I am getting a low battery warning on my Pro Fex 2 and called Peavey about it. I spoke with a man who suggested I send it to them to replace the battery or buy one from them and have a technition do it for me. What is your opinion? I do not like to ship things off and wait for months until someone can look at it and give me an estimate. I like using it and am just now getting back to pickin out again. Take care Mike and thanks in advance.

Bill.........
While I do not wish to speak for Mike(at "Peavey"),I do know that the turn-a-around time on a repair is "days" NOT "months". I would not hesitate to send your "Profex II" to them for battery replacement.

Hey guys, I do make exceptions for players who need their gear repaired quickly. Moretimes than none, we can repair it quicker than it takes to ship it to us. If you will contact me here at Peavey, I'll be glad to instruct you so that I can turn it around quickly here in the Service Department. My toll free number is 1-877-732-8391.
