Cache card question for Mike Brown
Mike,
I had purchase a Rolund Cache card with all of the Newman presets when I had a Profex II and it worked fine. Recently, I decided to sell it and a gentleman purchased it for his Session 2000. I had checked with another member on the Steel Guitar Forum who is quite familar with these items and he assured me it would work. I just received an e-mail from the person who purchased the card from me and he said it wouldn't work - the display on the amp said "not a Session 2000 card". I have no problem refunding him his money but I thought I would check with you before he shipped it back in the event the card should work. As I said, it did work perfectly in my Profex II. - Thanks - Tom Palmer

Tom, if he has the manual for the amp, it will tell him how to initialize the card.
He can use the global setting, go to "cart" he will tab over to the part that say "init", press the store/execute button and the unit will format the card. He will then be able to use the programs.

I agree with David, Jim, and Mike with one exception. When you initialize the card on the Session 2000, you will erase ALL the Newman presets and copy the Session 2000 presets to the card.
