Digitech Quad IV

Post by rpetersen »

Am getting interested in one of these units - I play steel and lead guitar both:

1. Does it have a EQ so I can set my steel with preamp settings and tweak the lead guitar with the Quad IV??
2. Anybody have some favorite settings for both guitar and Steel??
Thanx......Ron

Ron ,

I play through a Quad 4 Digitech that already had pre-sets installed by Gerry Walker when I purchased his Stereo Steel Combo system . I am not able to answer your specific question /s . I would bet though, that if you e-mailed Gerry or called him , he would be happy to answer your questions . He is very knowledgable about this unit and since he installs pre- set programs on the ones he sells with his Combo , I would think all your questions could be answered in short order .

Sorry I could not help any further . He has a web site here on the forum . His e-mail
address = gdwalker@mei.ws .

Give him my regards in case you talk to him . He is a real good guy to visit with and is a fine steel player in his own right .

I might add his web site too :
