I realize that this has been visited time and time again but I have to ask. I picked up a Korg DTR-1000 for my rack and have used it once or twice to tune. (maybe I should have paid the $20 more and picked up the Peterson VS-II) It seems pretty complicated in the cents/hertz modes and I've yet to come across a clear direction on how to tune with it. I use the temper tuning for my E9th from Scotty's Anthology of PS and Herbie Wallace's C6th tuning. I've tried to translate those into the cents scale but it is a lot of guesswork. Can anyone help?
