Another Tubefex ?

I'm trying to figure this thing out and I'm wondering about something.
This unit has the Newman settings in it with the digital pre-amp in the signal.
My question is, Should I delete the pre-set eq if I'm going to use the tube pre-amp or, just use the digital e.q. to tweak the tone out?

Mike, I use them both together.
For example, TB+3B+etc.
Try adding a TB+ in front of the existing 3B settings. Example: TB setting might be
Pr=50
pd=Lo
pt=100
bs=100
mi=20
tr=5
pr=-15
Tweek until you're happy!
