Sound Loss!

Sound drops from Guitar to Effects to Amp,Sounds like I'm wearing ear plugs, any insight on what it could be?

You might want to check your input and output levels on your FX device. Depending on what unit it is, it may also have a sensitivity switch on it (-10/+4) that is in the wrong position.
Better yet, list by model your setup and I'm sure someone with the same setup can help you out

Damn easy for that to be a bad chord or connection. It can easily happen.
