Thanks, but for what? I just do what I normally do every day at work. I guess that I am very fortunate and appreciate you as well.

"I just do what I normally do every day at work." Try getting any of the other manufacturers as easily as we get Mike! You're the best!

I for one have to agree with all the above. Mike does go above and beyond. Fast, courteous responses to all email's I have sent with problems/questions/issues etc. On top of that, even if something was beyond Mike's scope, the information was passed on to someone (engineer etc), and there too was a prompt response. Couple the incredible customer service of Peavey, with good sounding, extremely reliable products, reasonable pricing, and an actual care and concern for the steel guitar community, I wish Mike and the rest of the Peavey gang many more years of prosperity.

I sent my NV 400 to Peavey for a mod kit. My tracking info confirmed it was rec'd by PV on Friday PM. On Monday PM I got a call from the tech stating it was ready, advising of the cost and was being returned! I could not have had it done locally as fast and as economically,,,,,Peavey's the brand and Mike Brown is da' man!
