BR-8 Phrasing feature problem

Post by Roger Andrusky »

I know a lot of you guys use the BR 8 or hve used it. Does anyone know how the BR8 phasing feature is supposed to work? The reason I ask is that when I recorded a song from Lloyd's Ten Shades of Green then attempted to use the feature, each and every note sounds very distorted. Plays just fine when left at normal speed.

BOSS is of no help on this, so I need someone with experience. Thanks much!

I think you are referring to the PHRASE TRAINER..

I just tried mine, I never tried it before..
Mine does the same thing..it sounds like it's cutting the digital slices in half..which is what it is doing..

I'm gonna play with it a bit and see whats up..

Yes, it is the Phrase Trainer. I got it right in the title and messed it up in the message.

I appreciate your input. I tried everything I know to do with no success. I would like to contact Boss but I have not had enough time to try all the phone numbers!

Thanks again... Roger
