Has anybody used one of these for steel? I'm getting a used one from a friend, mainly for guitar, but was just wondering...

I'm using the GT-6, and so is Cage. Unbeatable value in a great oackage.

I use the GT-6 as well. Great little multi-fx box and preamp.

Be sure you download the GT Manager software and visit the GT-x owners' forum. It covers the GT-3, GT-5, GT-6 and -6B models, but is mostly geared toward rockers (what ELSE is new?).

Look at the new BOSS GS-10.

Bring that pedal up to neck level and eliminate having to use your feet.
