Volume pedal trouble

Post by Kenny Brown »

I bought a cheaper vol pedal to begin with back in Feb of this year and I'm having trouble with it.

whenever I change dynamics, my amp doesn't recieve it well and it's real scratchy sounding like a bad connection.

I've plugged directly into my amp from guitar, so I know it's not my cords and I think my amp is in good shape, so that's mainly why I'm blaming it on the vol pedal.

I prolly should've picked up something a little nicer than the piece of plastic that is making playing more than the normal pain to listen to.

any links or suggestions are welcome. I'm a beginner so any help is greatly appreciated.

Kenny,

Think about getting youself a Hilton . They are not cheap but worth every dollar they cost .

You will be amazed how much better they are than the kind/s with pots .

There is a link on the forum that will will get you to the Hilton Electronics page .
