If you've got a digital reverb that you
like...then great, but if you're kinda
looking for that old Fender spring
reverb sound, this pedal has it in spades!
There's a 3 spring reverb unit inside
and it is phenominal to say the least.
And it's nice and quiet. You can
plug it in between your steel & amp
and you don't need an effects loop.
It also does not affect your
original tone. The foot switch is
true bypass & the pedal will work
with the power supply or 9 volt battery.
So if you have a nice old classic amp
without reverb and the digital stuff
out there just don't seem right, this
will get the job done!

And here's another (I've done business with them and had a thumbs-up transaction).

I was just reading a discussion on the Weber board about the general difference in perceived quality between onboard reverb in a combo amp vs. outboard tanks (whether Fender or others). The answer that made sense to me was that front loading the reverb, then preamping and amping it created different effect than the combo route of basically inserting the reverb via an effect loop after the preamp stage.
Any observation of muddiness or lack or controllability compared with your classic Fender combo reverb?
