I just bought an Alesis Nanocomp compressor, and couldn't quite get a handle on the instruction manual(I've omly used stomp boxes before). I e-mailed Alesis, and didn't hear from them for a couple of days, and then----WHAM!! They sent several pages of info about not only the Nanocomp, but compression in general. So I'd just like to say, if you've got any Alesis stuff, they have a GREAT customer support service, but you may have to be patient for a couple of days. The Nanocomp is a real good unit, BTW.

Is Alesis Alesis or are they Groove Tube or half/half or what....? I'm just remembering or mis-remembering stuff that I didn't pay much attention to at the time about bankruptcy, mergers or something...
