My new 7A doesn't Work...

I just got a goodrich 7A matchbox, and it doesn't seem to want to work. Even after a battery change, I get no sound when running thru it. Hmmmmmm....Any ideas or suggestions?

Make sure the wires going to the two 9 volt batteries are secure. Those wires are very fine and may get pinched and shorted out.

Otherwise, send it back to the factory for inspection & repair.
