Qusestion for Keith Hilton of anyone with Hilton Pedal

I am thinking about buying a Hilton pedal. What is the source of power? If its 110V I'm intrested. If not------I'm not. Thanks, Eddie

Guess you could say it is 110. There is a "wall wart" which needs to be plugged in to the wall to power the pedal. Never been a problem for me and the pedal is amazing.

I have been playing for about a year and was using just an old volume pedal someone gave me. (cause I didn't know any better)Then I found out about the Hilton pedal and had some conversations with Keith via email. I bought one of this pedals and it is great! Bennie

Eddie,, I too bought that Hilton after debating this vs the Goodrich. I have never been sorry...the tone of the steel has improved and I can't say enought about Keith as a person..and the product he sells and Stands Behind! Go for it,,you won't be sorry. To say nothing about the hours spent(wasted)changing those Pots! Spend the money..and you'll never look back on the decision.

Eddie,

I purchase one last year and it came with a Motorola adaptor. The input is 120VAC (VOLTS AC), 60HZ (Hertz), 0.18A (Amps). I've really enjoyed using mine and would find it hard to switch back to a regular pedal again.

Thanks Guys; I was hoping it would plug in without an kind of adaptor. Maybe these are more trouble free than the ones used for stomp boxes. I've never had one of htese go bad but know of players who have. I have'nt used stomp boxes but a very little though. Just a Boss RV3 and I haven'nt had that long. I guess I'll be headed back to Bobbe Seymour's for a Hilton ASAP. He highly recommed it yesterday.

Eddie...I got mine from Bobbe about a year ago (first one he sold, I think). I crenge every time I have to use a pot pedal now. Tell Bobbe I said it's time for "Priceless II !

OK Roger Crawford, it's going to be coming, and MUCH better! Looks like a major record deal this time.
Eddie Malray,, the Hilton pedal also comes as a propane gas model if you want it and is pretty nice if you are playing in a cold club. This eliminates the "wall wart" but the big gas tanks are a little cumbersome to handel at times. The pilot light never goes out, even in very windy conditions.
Ask for it by name, "The Hilton Gas Pedal" . (a wood burning version is due out soon)

Bobbe: Does this Propane model have a thermostat? Can you sell it on the credit? You got all my money last week. I really like the Nashville 1000 even though I paid to much. Like the new fretboards to. It's like setting down to a new guitar. The new pedal pot works great. I called Emmons yesterday about a new endplate. Like to have had a stroke when they told me the price. Guess I'll buff out the old one. KENNEY; Save your money for a return trip.

As usual, I'll have to chime in and beg anybody who's "on the fence" to go ahead and get a Hilton pedal. Single best improvement you can make as far as clarity, reliability, punch and purity of tone in your signal chain. I wish we could get all that without an adapter- just make sure to have a spare. And everything said about Keith is true in spades- a great guy who REALLY cares about his customers and products. A lot of manufacturers would be well served to emulate his attitude! Thanks again for the best pedal ever, Keith.

I'm with Mark on this one !!! I have two - one is used as a spare that I have never needed ! They are the finest volume pedal you will ever have the pleasure to play through .What your hands deliver will not be altered by the Hilton and will come out of your Amp / s exactly as it went in . No alteration on tone or sound !!!!

I have never had one ( 1 ) problem with the original Hilton pedal I purchased years ago and it has been played a bunch. I went ahead and bought a second one , however , for a spare just in case ! I hope I never have to play in the future , without a Hilton! That is the reason I purchased my 2nd Hilton which has never been needed and is still brand new !

Invest in the best is my suggestion. Go with a Hilton Volume Pedal!!!!
