Super bro/Match bro question
What is the difference between these two divices? Is the bypass a true bypass on the super bro or is there a match box function (on) even in the bypass mode.

True bypass on the SuperBro.
I notice no difference in tone when it's in and out. I've never owned one so I may be wrong, but I believe the MatchBro had the Buffer Amp/Matchbox circuitry active when it's off.
SuperBro is a GREAT (albeit expensive) tool for live performance. I've even gotten pretty good results in the studio. On a recent project I laid down what I considered a scratch Dobro part, intending to redo it with my 'real' Dobro, but the producer insisted I leave it like it was. ??????
