looking forward to some forumite reviews on this one. If spring reverb emulation really is accurate that'll a nice breakthru.

If it's good it will be the first thing Digi'tech ever made that was. I have never been satisfied with anything they made that I have owned or heard.

To my ears, digital reverbs don't start sounding good until you get up in the expensive range. When I pick a 'click' into it and I can hear the 'flutter', that doesn't sound like reverb.

I know exactly what you mean. I've never
been crazy about any of them up till now
either. I guess time will tell.

I have used a Digitech 2112 tube preamp/effects unit for several years and really like it. It has some really good reverbs in it, in my opinion. It is a little hard to program because of the multitude of parameters, but once you get close, the patches are pretty easy to tweak. Several other Forumites use this unit, and Buddy Emmons even used one for a while.
