Peavey Repair Dept.
I just got my Sessions 400 (74 vintage) back from Peavey repair. They went through the amp and brought it up to factory specs. Repair time was fast, the price was right and the amp sounds fantastic. Just want to give an attaboy to the repair folks at Peavey and also to Mike for all his help.

Peavey does such a good job with service that they are just in a league of their own considering their size as a company, the number of units in the field and the number of different models that they are willing to still service. Do they still provide parts and service for everything they've ever made back to the beginning? The other maufacturers (not just of steel guitar related items) should pay close attention to this.

As far as Peavey is concerned and their repair dept. it is top notch. We deal with
them on a daily basis and they really care
and help you with your problems. No and I mean NO corp. can boast the reputation that
Peavey has for customer service. No one is perfect. Things happen, but it's how you handle it that makes the difference. Thanks
Peavey for your support.
