Help with an MC 500

I've used an MMT 8 sequencer for years. Now it's crashed and can't be repaired. I purchased an MC 500 and am totally in the dark. I need to be able to step time record songs. My sound source recognizes keyboard notes on channel 16 as drum strikes. I can't seem to understand the manual cause my head is stuck in a MMT 8 mentality. My sound source is keyboard oriented and I was really good at sequencing before. Now I feel kind of dumb using the MC 500 I sure need help. <texjac@netins.net> H Baker
