Nashville400/RV3 Settings

Post by Chris Caruso »

Any suggestions on the reverb settings on the Nashville 400 and the RV3 settings when used together. I just picked up the RV3 and need a good starting point. (After plugging it in)!!!

Hey, Chris. When I use my RV3 with my Nashville 400, I just use the delay part on the RV3 and use the reverb of the NV400. Of course, you gotta see what sounds best to your ear, so your mileage may vary!
See ya at the shows, pal!

I use a RV-3 set to "Lloyd Specs"
Setting #7 which is plate 'verb + delay
Mix - 7:30/8:00 o'clock
Feedback - 11 o'clock
Delay Time - 1 o'clock

into a Nash 400
(with Nash's Reverb set to ZERO)

Ditto.
No reverb on N400.
If the reverb is too much, back it down to 4,5,or 6.

Great unit.

Thanks for the info. Should I put it in line between the pedal and the amp or use the effects patch on the amp?

I use the rear effects patch, small patch cables, the RV-3 sets on top of the amp.
I only turn it off to tune.

I once tried it into the front standard input. I didn't notice a difference.
