measuring speaker ohms?

stupid question of the day... If a speaker's impedance is not labeled (4,8.16 ohms etc) can one measure it with a multimeter?

The multimeter will measure DC resistance which is a tad lower than impedance, but close enough to tell between 4, 8, and 16 ohm speakers.
