I don't think it's the speaker. I tried the JBL with a Vegas and there is plenty of bass. I powered an EVM 12L with the WEbb and it sounded tinny with no bass. Any ideas what might the problem be? Thanks, DZProblem with Webb 6-14E

Problem with Webb 6-14E
I was experiment with my amps the other day. I ran a signal from the the "direct line out" of a 100 watt Mesa Boogie into the Webb. I thought I had the line out signal turned way down but I guess not. The sound was pretty intense that came out of the JBL E130, like a a very loud low frequecy feedback. I'm lucky my ears didn't explode and surprised the speaker didn't blow. The Webb still works but the bass response doesn't seem to be the same. The highs and mids still seem good. The difference of the bass set on 1 and 10 is minimal.
