Cache card prices?
Does anyone know what the Carter folks where charging for Peavey cache cards in Dallas? If so where they new?I was told Peavey no longer sells the cards.I know about the Roland cards but the best price I've found for a new one was around 90 bucks. Thanks in advance bb

I got mine from a forumn member at about $40.00 so I guess a new one from stock would run about your price there.
I understand that the Roland cards will work in the Profex II also. Don't have a clue as to how much they cost tho.
[This message was edited by Bill Crook on 29 March 2001 at 04:23 AM.]

Hmmm....
I just talked to Mike Brown yesterday and he said that Peavey doesn't have any more of the cards.
I asked him about ones with pre-sets. Maybe they have the blank ones, I didn't specify.

Since we don't offer a RAM cartridge any longer for our processors, I feel that I have the responsibility to inform you of what I have been told today about Roland cards.
The Roland M512E card is not being offered by the Roland Corporation, but I have also been informed that the Roland M128D, M256D and the Roland M256E RAM cartridges will work with our processors. CAUTION; I HAVE NOT VERIFIED THIS FIRST HAND THOUGH.
[This message was edited by Mike Brown on 30 March 2001 at 02:39 PM.]
