Adat

Post by JeffMaio »

I'm looking to confirm if this sounds like a fair deal I was offered by a small studio for $400.00 the following -
-Alesis Adat model: XT
-1997
-1,700 hrs on heads
-Cleaned with tape head cleaner regularly
-Cleaned & maintented by a pro who opens up the machine & cleaned once a month.
Thanks - Jeff

Sounds like a good deal to me. I paid $2700 for my XT new when they first came out. You can get the LX20 for $999 through Musicians friend. It is 20/16 bit but it don't have all the features thet the XT does. The old black ones are selling for more than that.

That's too many hours on an ADAT.
