Question for Mike Brown?

Post by Len Amaral »

Hi Mike:
I have heard some great things about the Peavey Ranger amp for steel guitar. How much does the Peavey Ranger weigh? Will this unit be available in a head at some point.
Thanks for your support and for answering all our questions on the nForum.

The Ranger 212 weighs in at 76 lbs. In my opinion, it is a great sounding amp. Although this amp was not specifically designed for steel guitar, it does sound good for steel voicing. Check it out at your authorized Peavey dealer. Please feel free to contact me here at Peavey if you have further questions. I can be reached in the U.S. at 1-877-732-8391.

Hi Mike,
Problems with the ProFex II unit.
I was in the middle of the fourth set when all of a sudden the effects unit started to squeel. Please keep in mind that I have been playing three and a half sets with this thing and no problems. What is the unit trying to tell me????
