Post by Nick Reed »

Hey guys, it finally came in. I ordered myself a new Peavey Nashville 1000 right before Christmas and it arrived today. I even got to un-crate it out of the box. Talk about sound, it's terrific. Makes my (3) Emmons Guitars cry like babies. Can't wait to use it on a Gig. I add a little bit of delay to it and it's got alot of bite! If anyone wants to buy my old Nashville 400, I want $350 firm + shipping. Otherwise I'll just keep it for a spare because it still purs like a kitten.

Hey Nick good for you, you will not be disapointed on your 1000. I've had mine a year now and every place I have played it has sounded killer, even in the studio! Dave

Nice of you to "Join the club"! The Nash 1000 is great! Not too heavy either!

Just curious, if you don't mind, how much do those puppies sell for? You can e-mail me directly if you don't care to post here.

A lot of R & D went into this amplifier and I believe that it will no doubt be a "classic" one day. Everyone that I have spoken with loves their 1000. Thanks again for your support of Peavey products.

I like my 1000 a lot, and it is also a good lead guitar amp, a combination that I've found hard to find in steel amps.
