My $.02...
How about a small two-channel mixer pedal and a "Y" cord, with one leg straight into the CH 1 input, and the other leg into the fuzz, and the fuzz output into the CH2 input?
You would probably want the whole mess totally bypassable, as it could be a serious tone bleeder.

You can get a Boss Tone and get the same thing, If I remember right the M.S.A. fuzz was built from that unit, or ask Bud Carter how to set it up. When it came in the guitar it had two smal pots one for volune and the other was how fuzzy you wanted it..
