Detailed Reverb Settings

I'd be interested in hearing from others their best guesses at some of the reverb
settings used on certain Dobro songs. Using Jerry Douglas as a reference, "Grant's Corner', "Time Gone By", "From Ankura....", "Distance....", "Waltzing On Thin Ice", "Tablet Of Your Heart", any of those. I'll use my Quadreverb as a reference, but possible parameters would be:
Reverb Type: Ex., Hall, Room, ---
Plate Mix: % Reverb Input: Pre or post EQ---
Pre-delay time: (ms) -----
Pre Delay mix: Decay: (ms) -----
Diffusion Amount: ----
Low Freq----
Decay: Hi Freq Decay: -----

Anyone wanna take a shot at filling in some of these parameters?? I would think the most important ones are Type, Decay, Input & Mix.
