I wanted to post these pictures earlier, but we just now got them up on the web site. This is from Larry Joe Taylor's Texas Music Festival that took place last week end of April. I had the privilage of playing with many of the artists, but I got a real thrill playing steel with Johnny Duncan and Sonny Throckmorton. Wow Sonny was a monster songwriter. Did you know he had 17 #1 hits with 17 different artists? Think about that.
Go to www.larryjoetaylor.com and click where is says 2000 Texas Music Festival Photos.
Enjoy!

Chris ,enjoyed you guys coming to Sherman last night and doing the outdoor "Hot Summer Nights" gig. I think it is great that this is a weekly event in Sherman every summer.
Out door gigs being tough on the sound man,Beavers had you guys sounding good. The last half he really had your steel out there, even better than the first half.
Can you believe I missed LLoyd Maines last week from being out of town.I heard Terri didn't let him play as much as everybody wanted, especially the steel players in attendance.
Good to see you.
