It's an Oahu Iolana - the script "I" is frequently mistaken for a "J". According to The Hawaiian Steel Guitar and Its Great Hawaiian Musicians, edited by Lorene Ruymar, the word "Iolana" is Hawaiian for "to soar" or "hawk".
This one looks to be made by Valco sometime in the 1950's and should have a very nice sound.
