Hi folks,
Some of you may have seen my YouTube video of an interview I did with Zane Beck in 1977. I’ve now, courtesy of a friend, put out a new video of the same interview but with improved audio, as it has been cleaned up with AI tools so that the road noise happening during the interview, as Zane Beck drove me from Scranton to Fort Smith airport, is now gone. The interview tells you a lot about Zane’s invention of knee levers and his role in the evolution of the E9th tuning. I hope you enjoy it.

Re: Interview with Zane Beck - New AUDIO
Thanks Graham,
I enjoyed the interview. Great to hear about the evolution of pedals, levers, and tunings. Hadn't realised how Mr Beck was so central to that development.
Am I correct in thinking that you're still gigging with your BMI 12 string (from 1977?) mentioned at one point?
John
