weird Williams at guitar center

I saw this listed at guitar center, labelled a Williams. I dont know anything about Williams steels but this doesn't look like any Williams ive ever seen :D , anybody know what it is?

I don't see it on their website now, but the keyless tuner, fretboard, changer [early] all appear to be authentic Williams parts. I can't say about the body or the pedals...but Bill had to start somewhere?

Maybe it belonged to a Williams? Like Bill Williams' pedal steel? :lol:

I just realized that's not some kind of rotating cluster of knee levers, but a stool in front of the guitar :lol:
