Congratulations To My Friend Paul Franklin!
Congratulations to a steel guitarist who is not only a great musician, but also a hero and friend to me and so many steel guitarists, Paul Franklin on winning the CMA Award for Musician of The Year! I was there to see him win, and the pedal steel guitar was a wonderful part of the CMA Awards tonight! I'd waited for a long time to see Paul win the award, and it happened this year, during my 25th year as a steel guitarist! Congratulations, Paul on winning CMA Musician of The Year!
