correct cables from a ProFEX (preamp) into the PowerAMP?
I am riggin'up my new-old ProFEX-II / Stereo PowerAMP setup.
For the short connection for each channel of the ProFEX's "out" into each of the PowerAMP's inputs (all 1/4" plugs), which are the proper cables to use, instrument ("guitar"), or heavier gauge "speaker"-type cables?
Thanks!... J-D.

The only place to use speaker cables is from the amplifier to the speaker cabinet, or from one speaker cabinet to another speaker cabinet.

Yes a good quality instrument cable works well.
The Profex has a mono output. But it is not true mono. I used to run two cable out to the amp to get both left and right outs. On an p with 2 inputs you can get a true mix from the Profex

Thanks to both.
I have a stereo -(bi-)-Amp and two speakers. So, I will run L & R separately. I need true <<STEREO>> for what I am trying to achieve.
Thanks!… JD.
