2 Weeks ago mailed my 7a match box to Goodrich co. for repair called phone no. emailed them
haven't heard from them. Anybody know anything, are they closed?

I sent something to be repaired also. I received an email that he was out of town and would take care of it when he got back.

I apologize for the connection issues. This is no excuse but I am on the road so much the last 3-4 months and leave again in the morning. Dennis I fixed your 7a, bad switch and if you could email me your address once more to goodrichvp@gmail.com I will get it out to you on Tuesday as my son said he will get it shipped to you. We get so many repairs without even a note inside I get a little confused sometimes. We always get this stuff done in a timely manner, so sorry Dennis. If you have something here and I haven't responded, please shoot me an email! I don't think Amazon has done us any favors, next day shipping!
