I transcribed this from a 1919 arrangement in low-bass Open A tuning. I moved it to Open G and changed the 16th notes to 8ths. Other than that, this is how they played it 100+ years ago. Computer-generated audio from Guitar Pro.

I learned that one many years ago from the Stacy Phillips book, in high bass G I believe, it should be basically the same, I'll have to revisit it.👍
