Replacement Rubber Feet for Emmons VP

Does anyone know where I can find those little rubber feet that thread onto the adjustable thumb screws on an Emmons VP? One of mine is coming apart, causing the pedal to rock side to side.

IIRC, those are 1/4 in. i.d. There's these. You have to buy 4 and there is a delivery charge.
