I've been wearing these Dickies Mehanics belts for years starting way back when I was in the auto mechanic business. They are heavy leather and durable as all get out.
I found they also worked well for playing dobro and reg. guitar to keep from scratching up the instrument. Nothing like a big metal steerhorn to ruin a finish.
I've bought and seen enough used guitars to witness the ugly marks a metal belt buckle can leave on a nice instrument.
There are probably nicer, more elaborate, decorative ones and those designed specifically for the purpose, but I find these work really well for about $25 jic you might be in the market for something like this.

Indeed these belts are good for avoiding buckle rash...
I ordered from here: https://www.mechanicsbelt.com/
But for $10 more you can get the "musician" variety: https://musiciansbelt.com/
