Anyone know of a service that does Nashville Number Charts ?

I don't know of a service. If you are interested in a finding a repertoire of chord progressions for songs that use Nashville numbers, however, you might check out these two books by the late Johnny Gimble's son, Dick Gimble.

Western Swingin' Numbers - 250 Western Swing songs reduced to Nashville numbers.

Standards by the Number - 250 jazz standards in Nashville numbers.
