Nathan sure looks comfortable playing with that group.

And he can also play country with the best of them.
He performed with Johnny Bush at one of Johnny's last appearances at Scotty's Convention.

And if my memory serves me correctly, Nathan has an unusual musical tatoo on one of his arms.

Great playing Nathan Fleming!

Nathan can wear a lot of hats, although I usually see him in that one. :-) I was working with a guy named Gus Clark for a while and we opened a bunch of shows for Charlie Crockett, one of Nathan's 'other gigs', and he's just as comfortable in that musical genre as well. An all-around player if there ever was one, and we had some great hangs during downtime at those shows.

Also of note, Josh Flowers, the upright player on this gig is another guy I've shared a stage with MANY times. He's another one of the go-to guys around Austin.

Sometimes when I get so frustrated with Austin, the traffic, the crowds, the 'sketchy' pay at some of the clubs, etc. I have to remember how cool is to be in a town with so many quality musicians and opportunities. It ain't all bad, as this video illustrates.

Really enjoying this. I was playing this at lunch in the music room(I’m a high school music teacher), and the students in my room really liked it and asked about the style.
