Fraulein

Requested by my wife. She says this reminds her of when she was stationed in Germany. I do it live ocassionally, but for this recording, to add something different, I did a modulation, triple fiddles, and harmony vocals. It's been recorded a lot, but I don't recall this arrangement. All done in my home studio with my assortment of instruments, software, and my '74 push pull.

Also dedicated to Paul King! It was lemon lime slushy time today.

Notice the AM radio is tuned to 650. Those that associate with that will understand why I do these songs.

Hope you enjoy.

Well done Mr. Rick! Loved the harmony on the fiddle parts. Thanks for keeping this 650 era music alive. Hope the slush was good! Ha!

Joe, thanks buddy. Yeah, the slushy was good. I got it on the day our temperature was 87. Yesterday it was cold and rainy, more hot chocolate weather. Good home studio weather though.

Just want to add that you are no slouch on the vocals. Very well done all around, including arrangement, recording, & production.

Thanks for that!... J-D.

Great job Rick. That Sonic drink looks natural there. Here lately mine has been a Peach slush which is sugar free too.
