First I gotta thank Paul King and credit him as the inspiration to get out and try performing as a volunteer. This is my second solo performance at the local assisted living home. It is humbling to say the least.
It's challenging starting a new instrument as an adult, but oh so much fun.
Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and blessings in the new year.

Thank you all for the kind responses! As a long time guitarist I'm not really starting from scratch. This ten string machine sure is different than my old six stringers though! I'm just taking that musical journey like the rest of us here.
I was feeling stuck in my progression when I heard a suggestion to perform live as a way to get out of the rut. So I've played out twice now, and it's pushing me forward in more ways than I anticipated.
All the best to all of you and your loved ones this Christmas
