Heartaches by the Numbers with Dicky Wood on steel

Post by Michael Sullivan »

I discovered Dicky Wood on the Facebook group page 'Steel Guitar-No Drama", He recorded this in one take to a Jeff Newman backing track for Ray Price's "Heardaches by the Numbers". It's really outstanding what forty years of experience can do for you, as an improve, this is about as good as it gets. I tabbed it out note for note in hopes of capturing a glimpse of his genius and he gave me his approval to share it. Thank you Dicky, this is really something special.
