One of my all time lady country singers is Loretta Lynn. Loretta was not only a good singer but wrote some big hit songs as well. She also was a pretty lady as well. The title of this song pretty well describes so many of us.

Good one Paul. I admire Loretta and her country style back in her prime. To my knowledge she never strayed from real country music. Hal Rugg was with her for ages and what a monster player. Great job on this classic.

Thank you Larry. She kept it good and country for sure. Hal Rugg on steel guitar fit her very well. I never saw Loretta in concert but saw Hal at a few steel guitar shows including the last time he played at the Texas Show. It was a night I will never forget.

Good job as usual. Loretta had such a good band and songs that were real country.
