Here's a "fly on the wall" recording from a concert that guitarist Hugh Harris and I did a few years back. Hugh records the head of the song into a looper, then plays it back when it's time for him to solo.

I messed up the melody in the bridge, but aside from that, it's not too bad.

Speaker placement in the room gave the vocal a lot of echo. The mic was closer to me than to Hugh, but you wanted to hear the steel more anyway, didn't you? :lol:

I played my S-10 Sierra (designed and built by Ross Shafer) through a Milkman Half & Half combo amp. It was recorded on April 21, 2018. D6th tuning.
