I've just learned of the passing of my friend Skip Mitchell...

Skip played electric guitar with the Oak Ridge Boys back in the 70s and 80s and later owned and operated AudioWorks,a recording studio in Hendersonville...

In between those two assignments,he engineered at Bobbe Seymour's studio,also in Hendersonville...

Skip was a wonderful cat and he will be missed...

An unexpected shock! Twenty+ years ago when we lived in Nashville I worked with Skip fairly often. Great guy, great engineer, bright, funny and great musical sensibilities.
