I am not a regular here and I don't know how active he was in this forum, but I wanted to let you all know in case any friends here want to attend his memorial. I'm sure you are one of Tom's good friends. Thank you for taking time to share this unfortunate news with the forum.

From the link you provided it's obvious Tom was a good friend to many people. I'm sorry to read the news.

Oh no, Tom Middleton too?? I just found out about Johnny Bush and now I learn of Tom's passing. This is too much to handle in one evening. :( :( :(

Tom was a great friend and a generous soul who loved the dobro like it was a woman. He had more beautiful resonator guitars than anyone should have, and he deserved each one.
