R.I.P. Johnny Nash. He was 80 years old
A couple D-10s,some vintage guitars & amps, & lotsa junk in the gig bag.

yes, I saw that today Rich, didn't know much about him, but 'I can see clearly now' was a staple in my childhood, he will be immortalized with that, who among us can say that. RIP Johnny!

Johnny was one of the first Reggae singers to have a hit in the U.S.; "Hold Me Tight", in 1968. His next big hit was "I Can See Clearly Now", in 1972. Lloyd Green did an instrumental version of that song the following year, and it made it into the Top-40 charts. (Lloyd then did a follow-up with the Beatles song "Here Comes The Sun", and it also made it onto the charts. :) )

When I was a kid there was a cartoon series called"the Mighty Hercules"Johnny Nash sang the theme song...a great singer.
